“I’m a career firefighter currently in that awkward stage that the guys have talked about here: no longer the new guy, but not enough time on the job to have seen everything. Hearing these two talk about their experiences on calls, as well as back at the firehouse, is giving me great framework of how to navigate certain situations that I may encounter in the future. It may not always be explicitly stated, but you can hear the passion in their voices and tell they care about the people they serve. Great discussions/tips, good advice, and good stories. Definitely a podcast worth checking out whether you’re on the job, into the job, or still trying to get on.”
