“The hosts seem to have a genuine love for the genre, and that’s refreshing when too many podcasts seem to go out of their way to trash or be as petty and nitpicking as they can. Really appreciate that these hosts don’t do that.
I’ve only listed to two episodes so far. Suspiria (which was fantastic) and the Twilight Zone Movie. Here’s my problem. It’s not the commentary or discussion of the movie, it’s (Renee I think her name is?) near constant over exaggerated cackling every five seconds. Couldn’t finish the episode because it was literally giving me a headache. It’s also pretty obnoxious because it just comes off as attention seeking instead of just laughing like a normal person.
I’ll probably give it another go, but I’ll have a bottle of aspirin handy next time”

“If you LOVE horror, you’re home. This isn’t just thirty minutes of why they liked it. These are movie length play-by-play dissections with tons of comedy and perspective. I dig the trio dynamic. They all bring different aesthetic to the table and it works.”
