If you liked the book, youll love the audio version
Audio quality and voice acting is all pretty decent, characters voices all match their character (but not the voices from the movies so beware of that, draco sounds like the sleazy manipulator he is rather than the actor that plays him in the movies, and mcgonaggal is perfect ). Some people ive talked to have complained about the non character narrator voice being bland and monotone but i think it fits fairly well and i like it, the narrator isnt a character after all. but merlin damn the tracey davis lines for almost the entire podcast are almost completely unintelligible, the recording qualities are so low. Every other characters voice has decent audio quality but seriously they should fix the lines for tracey davis, i couldnt understand her during the glued to the ceiling incident at ALL and she has a lot of lines in that scene. Also the non chapter episodes of unrelated short stories on this podcasts are great, and if they made a podcast that was just them reading various essays i would be a very happy listener (seriously i think the narrators voice is perfect for essays and i would listen to them forever and ever)
