“Hit and miss. After an exciting start, the stories seem to be revealing themselves to be less about heroic fantasy characters and engaging adventures, and more about symbolically discussing the ills of society through the viewpoint of women. While fantasy and Sci Fi stories are known for being a venue where clever folks can talk about such things, it takes some one of the talent level of Ray Bradbury to do so with out sounding preachy. And unfortunately, as this podcast is proving, there are not many Ray Bradburys in the world.”
