Very helpful podcast for running/walking
I first discovered this podcast a few years ago, and found it incredibly helpful when I was distance training… I downloaded a bunch of the 120 BPM episodes and could pretty much walk forever while getting lost in the mixes. I lost most of my cardio during the pandemic and thought this podcast wasn’t for me any more… and then I noticed that he had introduced the recovery mixes. This is *EXACTLY* what I need right now! I’m now working on my cadence and have so far graduated from 100 to 105 BPM, and know that if I can keep improving on my endurance and speed I’ll be back to where I was before I know it. And it’s thanks to this podcast. Thank you very much for thinking about those runners (and walkers like me) who have lost ground and need help getting back to form. You have a fan forever!
