What a rollercoaster of emotions AFL Fantasy threw up for coaches in round 5. Many coaches got off to an absolute flier with a Max Gawn vice captaincy and it seemed coaches were in for a big one! However, just 24 hours later this was flipped on its head with popular premium Marcus Bontempelli putting up his worst score since 2015!! It didn't get much better from there with other popular premiums Dawson, Sarong and Green all putting up scores that have coaches wishing they hadn't forked out the big bucks!!! Thank goodness for the rookies who pulled through showing once again that "guns and rookies" has been a good strategy in the best 18 system. As long as you pick the right guns!!! After much deliberation, we are finally joined once again by the Statesman who has finally been given permission from Mrs Stato to rejoin the podcast.
