Just not for me
When I started listening I thought it was pretty interesting. After a while it just became tiresome to try and pay attention or track the plot. I get that the Pokémon are the main point and it’s nice to show the players interact with them. The thing that annoys me is how an episode will be mostly baby talking and looking at the Pokémon. The battles I have heard were pretty well played and cool to listen to strategy. Plus the fact that they have lost at a gym battle is great. Makes it all seem a bit more real. It then takes 2 episodes of pointless banter to get to another plot point or good battle. I feel like there could be a lot more accomplished in the game if plot was more of a priority. Ultimately it is just not for me though. I can see the appeal of listening to this group play. It just feels like the small things meant to make people giggle end up gumming up the system though.
