Love this show and their deep dive into Matthew Sweet and his amazing Girlfriend album is a must-listen. More detail than I had ever learned before and listening to a great conversation about this amazing album is why podcasting is so great. Even more amazing that this is from the National Review.

Best description I’ve heard of this podcast is it’s like the Christmas Truce of 1914. In the middle of WWI, English and German troops laid down their arms and played soccer in no man’s land.
