“I’ve listened to this podcast both for bands I don’t know and bands I thought I knew cold. I always learn a ton, even with the bands I thought I was expert on. It’s a great way of getting a survey on bands and between the two regulars and the guest, they flag every song you need to know. Really a superb public service.
But Jeff, that’s a Hasselblad on “This Year’s Model”; Bakelite is a kind of early plastic.”

“I don’t think you’ve done the great 80s goth/hard rock band The Cult.
They didn’t really survive the grunge revolution of the early 90s, but they had a really good run of albums from 1985 to 1989.”
