Episode 133 - Lindsey Stirling

Description
Each holiday season, we're bombarded with new Christmas albums. There's the country guy you forgot about, that one singer from the '80s your mom likes, and a Broadway person that no one really knows. The songs probably include a heartfelt "White Christmas" and an uninspired "Rockin' Around the Christmas Tree." For her upcoming holiday album Snow Waltz (out Oct. 7), Lindsey Stirling wanted something different. The lead single, "Ice Storm," is an intense instrumental with hard rock drums, the original "Magic" featuring David Archuleta is a tribute to her beloved late father, and for her version of "The Little Drummer Boy," she let the drummer actually drum. From her home studio, Stirling covers all things Christmas music with Jordan Edwards. Watch the full interview below.
