“I’m what Jacques would call a leftist normie. I, nonetheless, love him. I love his podcast. I love the way he makes me think about the way I think. I love that he’s neither ultra left- or right-wing (from what I can tell). His commentary on pop culture is something that’s hard to find, in that commentary like this comes from the left or right, nowhere in-between. Sure, I may not agree with everything that Jacques says, but that’s not exactly why I listen to Jacques, you know? This is more than just pop culture commentary, whether Jacques intends for it to be, or not. If you’re a leftist, like me, and are open to exploring your political views and beliefs, listen to Jacques. Please!
