The United States has not kept this agreement. The inevitable conclusion for every neighbour of a large state is, the United States has not got their back even if they are a democracy, security agreements signed by the United States are worthless, the only viable defence is the possession of one’s own deterrent.
Ukraine has more reactors than 1/2 of the worlds nuclear powers and is close to having a ballistic delivery system. 2+2 always equals 4.
