Premiere podcast in strength and conditioning
I’ve never been one to throw down in the pit, but an experience at a recent show two years back caused me to realize that my bean pole like frame was not conducive to long durations of throwing down in the pit. In comes Power Athlete, who’s programming put me in the right direction to take my training to the next level and be prepared for whatever shows come my way post covid. And this podcast is the perfect cherry on top of that programming. Power Athlete Radio is a great resource to not only answer any questions you might have about Power Athlete, but any and all strength and conditioning topics are covered as well. This can include anything from nutrition, to sprint work, periodization, and even the occasional movie recommendation. I highly recommend everybody listens to this podcast.

Outstanding network of guests that includes top minds in the strength and conditioning world, nutrition, science, psychologists and more. Mix in some great debates on popular movies and you have informative and entertaining conversations. Well worth your time.

The one show I catch every week. Great guests, honest answers to questions that those of us dealing with strength and conditioning (and diet and life-style) issues are asking and being asked every day.
