Simply the best
Listen to this podcast if you want to learn, laugh, be entertained, or just spend time hanging out with a great group of people. Come for the face-melting amounts of knowledge and expertise about strength and conditioning, health, nutrition, and training (examples include Eps. 384, 408); stay for pure entertainment (Ep. 390, any Crew episode), and incredible guests on an amazing array of topics (really too many to list, but check out recent Eps. 321, 326, 334, 337, 365, 377, 380). Power Athlete Radio should be required listening for strength and conditioning coaches and athletes. Each episode is insightful, informative and entertaining.

Love the programming on CFFB, love listening to the podcasts when I'm warming up/cooling down from the work outs. It'd be cool to hear a bit more from John, especially about the reasoning behind the DWODs and how you come up with them. Overall though, great content.Read full review »
