Description
The phrase "I love you" contains some of the most powerful words in our language!   The varied choices we make in using "love" as a noun or verb affects our daily attitudes, beliefs, feelings and behaviors as well as our overall physical and emotional health.  We have the choice to focus more on the pronoun "I" or on "you" when using this sentence to find a successful balance between the two.
