Finaly a touch of the conservative toes in the waters of this distinction. Brilliantly enjoyable; yet superficial for some. But unique. Who is doing this stuff? back in the day - Enthusiastically encouraged Krafhthammer Will Goldberg Hanson (just war) etc to attempt distinctions and influences re: Declaration preamble etc. IE between NL and NR. And how one flows out of t’other. Lucretia did this, then Hayward followed-up. Finnis et al implicit. But just so. Comment: Two distinct things; as a Thomist and Gilson type Existentialist - hey Hayward does anybody now know your distinctions? I swooned intellectually, hee hee. Search general web.
