Paul Kirch is the founder of Boss Academy, an entrepreneurial accelerator success program designed to give small business leaders and entrepreneurs real business ownership success strategies. He also hosts the Boss Academy Radio podcast and is a contributor to the business learning application called Advisor. Paul Kirch was a single father with two children and multiple businesses to manage. He recognized that his time was too valuable and not being optimized. After breaking the unproductive patterns he had become used to, he set goals and worked hard to achieve them.  Paul founded Boss Academy, an entrepreneurial accelerator success program, to help small business leaders and entrepreneurs. Through this amazing community, Paul was able to share resources and opportunities to members, helping them accelerate their business and personal growth.  Paul encourages setting goals and creating blocks of time throughout the week dedicated to tasks within a business. He also emphasizes the importance of having a strong support system and mentors to help stay accountable and lifts each other up.
