“My baby has been mega napping in the car the last few days so these podcasts have been getting a work out. They are really interesting and reassuring. The host is a mum with a psych research background. She talks about studies on sleep and also reflects on her attempts at different things eg settling. She always has take home messages at the end. It's a great voice of reason and quite analytical (which appeals to me) - there's rigour in her review of the literature but a warmth in its application.”
