“I’ve been following Dr. Dimple (and a few other Ayurveda doctors) on Instagram for a while now. But, this podcast changes everything. Unlike the sound bite limitations of other SM platforms, Dr. Dimple’s podcast has a very beautiful flow and thoroughness to it helping us understand the various Ayurveda facts/lessons more cohesively. I have to appreciate her beautiful voice, her logical explanation of important topics and the ease with which the listener can actually understand and incorporate in practice. Ayurveda is an ocean of a study and we can’t all become doctors. But, Dimple is indeed imparting knowledge and wisdom in such perfectly understandable, practical doses for the modern times. If you really go with an open mind, a little patience and time, you will have a wealth of information and knowledge in your finger tips. Help yourselves. And Dr. Dimple - Podcast is your thing. You are just perfect at it. A true gift you have and willing to share. Quite the combination. Just keep at it. You will outgrow Dr. Huberman, Rich Roll et al. Thank you for this.”
