“I am so grateful for this podcast. I struggle with staying focused in prayer and sometimes knowing what to say. She guides the time with the REST acronym and gives an example of a prayer for each then allows space for you to pray. The piano music in the background is peaceful and calming. And ten minutes is so doable! Great start. Thank you!”
