This week we discuss macrophage heterogeneity with Graham Heieis (@GrahamHeieis), a Post-doc at the Leiden University Medical Center (@LUMC_Leiden) in the Netherlands. We speak to him about mass cytometry and spectral flow cytometry and their use to investigate heterogeneity of tissue specific macrophages with regards to metabolism.
