Both released in 1994, Forrest Gump and Pulp Fiction call upon the same period of popular music but in distinctly different ways (with very different budgets). Michael Parker (Pickwick) and I try out a new episode format -- you could say we take it for a spin in a vintage Chevy while enjoying an overpriced milkshake -- where we pit the soundtracks against each other, track by track.
