Come out of Egypt
Listen now
Description
Romans 5:15. Therefore, since we have been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ. Through him we have also obtained access by faith into this grace in which we stand, and we rejoice in hope of the glory of God. More than that, we rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering produces endurance, and endurance produces character, and character produces hope, and hope does not put us to shame, because God’s love has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who has been given to us. Leviticus 18 1 The LORD said to Moses, 2 "Speak to the Israelites and say to them: `I am the LORD your God.3 You must not do as they do in Egypt, where you used to live, and you must not do as they do in the land of Canaan, where I am bringing you. Do not follow their practices. You must obey my laws and be careful to follow my decrees. I am the LORD your God.5 Keep my decrees and laws, for the man who obeys them will live by them. I am the LORD. Read Matthew 4:1-11 Read Leviticus 18 the entire chapter. Read Deuteronomy 8 the entire chapter. The Bible calls us to meditate on the word. The Bible is never calling us to practice yoga and meditation. Rid that from your life.
