This podcast and it’s emphasis on learning to be a fat burning beast, understanding how traditional endurance training causes way too much inflammation, and learning to understand the MAF zone heart rate training will change your life. I’m a middle aged asthmatic female and this podcast and the information relayed every episode has helped me immeasurably. Brad Kearns keeps a quick pace and doesn’t waste time with endless ads and promotions. Thanks!

Always love your podcast Brad, and especially enjoyed learning about Dr C and all the amazing things he is doing at his hospital. My husband and I both work in a hospital and can’t imagine what it would take for this MUCH NEEDED change to happen. Awesome guy and awesome interview
