Extremely Informative
Fitness and body composition is far more diet than exercise, but exercise definitely has its place. Mark is bringing his knowledge and experience to us all once again, this time with respect to endurance training. When I trained for my first half-marathon years ago, I did it with the desire to lose weight; I ended up GAINING weight in the process. Instead, the weight came off effortlessly when I went primal using the primal blueprint. When I train for the marathon, this time, I feel have a chance to succeed and keep my health in place, thanks to the information shared in this podcast.
