Host Tony Black, from the amazing passion project The X-CAST is joined by historian Duncan Barrett, where they talk about Star Trek and how it relates to history and visa-versa. Only a handful of episodes in, I see this podcast boldly going where no other has gone before. The hosts and producers are podcast veterans, so there are no growing pains here; it’s professionally edited and entertaining right from the word, engage! What I can clearly see right away is the factual information is well researched beforehand; the discussions well-informed. As a bonus, I love the podcast’s Guardian cover art.
