It brings perspectives that are not Euro-centric or biased in favor of the United States. I am an American who gets fatigued by yammerings and triviality of so much of the corporate media complex. I am starting my PhD in Theology at a Catholic university this fall, so I want my news to reflect my theological convictions: global and appreciative of the rich diversity of our world.”
