“The host’s vocal fry really overshadows their good work. It’s hard to talk about this because one gets into such messy identity territory - but it’s very hard to listen to for me. If it’s not an essential aspect of the host’s identity, would really appreciate considering evolving it.”

“I want to like this so much - I find the material very interesting, but I'm not sure I can continue. The extreme vocal fry and annoying voice of the reporter just makes this too painful. It's a podcast, people - you have to make it something easy to listen to. Such a shame”
