In awe. Exactly what I needed!
In case the date doesn’t show up, I need to include it here, because this is kind of a testimony, so it’s September 16, 2018. Back story: I am an emotional creature and when I was in high school, I had no problem letting that show. I was very vulnerable and transparent on social media and actually had a lot of followers, but I didn’t only use that platform to be emotionally vulnerable, I used it to be vulnerable in many ways, ways I’m not proud of and that don’t reflect the woman I’d like to be seen as, especially now in my walk with Christ. As I matured a little more, I decided to give that platform a break and completely fell off the face of the social media planet, but it was an on and off again relationship. Finally, I was “clean” for 2 years but something after all that time drew me back to social media. Countless times I’ve asked God to use my life as a platform for young ladies, so I figure, this is the reason. Surely though, I must admit that there have been many influences on social media that tempt me to use my platform for other types of attention that do not bring glory to God. Though the podcast I began listening to a couple of days ago was more about obedience than anything, I finished it today—the day I was contemplating either deleting social media again or just unfollowing a bunch of those (unwanted) influences, the ladies on the podcast literally spoke about social media and unfollowing voices that cause us to do things that are not in God’s favor or for His glory. Wow. Talk about divine appointments. Not only that, but it also brought light to another specific situation I’m dealing with that does actually relate to the title of the specific podcast I chose “Obedient No Matter the Cost”. I am just in awe of the way God used this podcast and these wonderful women to confirm something I’ve been contemplating in my life and to redirect me, so I urge anybody that’s dealing with questions to listen. Bless this ministry.

So thankful for this podcast. Everything you guys say really speaks to all the listeners out there (at least for me). It’s very real/authentic and based on God’s truth. I keep looking forward to the next episode you ladies make. Keep up the good work 💙
