Best Horror Short Stories on iTunes
The host of Pseudopod: Aleister has a great way with setting up and deconstructing stories. I hope that his promise is not true!! The juicy filled center of the show contains the best short stories of this genre I have ever found. The performance from the narrators varies from stern matter of fact to the brilliant Ian who could read a recipe for baking cookies and make it sound ominous and creepy. The length varies usually around 30 to 40 minutes and I believe that listening to this podcast is more entertaining and fulfilling than the same time watching most TV shows that treat the audience like children. Pseudopod is part of a donation supported group known as Escape Artists. Escape Artists has two other podcasts Sci fi Escape Pod and fantasy: Podcastle. Great stories and I promise you that is true!
