Fantastic Podcast! I highly recommend!
I really love this podcast! The topics and content are so relevant to many of the struggles, questions, and issues we all have. Many of us are working hard to live balanced and fulfilling lives. Yet, cultivating change to achieve our goals and experience the life we want to live can often feel out of reach. This podcast is so great because not only are the psychologists relatable, they also share tons of important and accessible tools on how to implement effective and meaningful change into many areas of your life. I always feel empowered with ideas and information after listening to an episode (the suggested reading list is a wonderful bonus). I highly recommend!!
