Plain speaking concepts
I really enjoy the podcasts and find them helpful in a way that doesn’t address just the specific topic of the episode. I am able to apply the reasoning to my situation. For example, the podcast on the Tao of work/family is useful in understanding the Tao of friends and family or work and friends, or all interpersonal conflict. The explanations are clear and put in a very digestible way.

This podcast is fantastic. I love the topics and the discussions are excellent! I will keep listening to downloaded all the back episodes. Especially loved the episode on self compassion. It really spoke to me as a helping professional.
