ACT in practice- relatable for therapists and non-clinicians alike!
As a clinical psychologist who utilizes ACT as my main modality, I enjoy hearing the hosts and their guests discuss ways to use ACT in our daily lives. Each episode artfully combines science, psychological knowledge and real life examples of human struggle and how to move through them in more meaningful ways. I look forward to reading the ACT Daily Journal soon, and plan to share it with my clients.
