A burst of vitality!
Much gratitude to The three of you brilliant, incisive, compassionate, and funny women! I just discovered yr show abt 4-6 months ago and have been slowly mining my way through the back catalog. Listening to one of these episodes is such a refreshing/reminding burst of vitality, hope, & optimism whenever my mind is circling the drain of pessimism, despair, & horror at whatever latest atrocity is capturing the headlines. My fave episodes so far have been the ACT/RFT focused ones (ie: the interviews with Steve Hayes, Robyn walser, matthieu vilatte, etc) as well as the ones in habit-changes (interview with Kelly mcgonigal, the two part habit one from early on). Please keep it up! Yr work is Suuuuuuper appreciated (and necessary) in this world!!)
