Can’t stop listening
So happy to have found your podcast! Listening to each interview is like hearing a good friend and a colleague all in one. I love how you make the content so accessible to a broad audience. You really don’t have to be working within in this field to take away some good wisdom and feel good advice. I’m thrilled to see the amazing guests you have interviewed. I haven’t been able to put down the Joy of Movement, Fierce Self-Compassion, and my ACT Daily Journal. So much gratitude for all the work you have put into this podcast! Thank you!
