Some fates are worse than death. One such fate—physically melting into a couch, with flesh fusing to the fabric—was absolutely agonizing and tragically endured by a 36-year-old woman named Lacey Fletcher. Lacey faced various challenges that made her entirely dependent upon her parents, Sheila and Clay.
