Lady Michelle Servillas, PT, CEEAA, CADDCT, CDP manages and owns several home health companies, outpatient clinics, and a foundation that provides for underserved populations. In this episode, she shared valuable insight and advice on starting and owning a business. She described how she started in entrepreneurship, and how she manages multiple companies. She also discussed some drawbacks in being a business as well as failures and challenges she encounter as a business owner. Lady Servillas, PT is a Certified Exercise Expert for Aging Adults, a Certified Alzheimer's Disease and Dementia Care Practitioner Trainer, and a Certified Dementia Practitioner. She is a passionate and dedicated Physical therapist with over 20 years if experience in South Florida, mostly in the field of Geriatrics, Assisted Living Communities, and Resident Care.
