Drawing on her own experiences, Janise offers valuable advice and tips for colleagues who are considering pursuing a DScPT program. She shares the lessons she's learned, and the most significant takeaways from her journey thus far. Janise Alcantara is a physical therapist and the owner of Movement Medicine Physical Therapy. She has a BS in Physical Therapy, magna cum laude, and is completing a DSc in Physical Therapy with a concentration in orthopedic manual therapy. Janise has comprehensive training in Pilates and Redcord/Neurac, is a Certified Kinesiotaping Practitioner and is a clinical instructor with Physical Therapy Advancement Seminars.
