“I’ll admit to bias here, as one of the hosts is an old friend, but Pull to Open is a sharp, slickly-produced, delicious helping of Who goodness every episode I’ve heard so far. The Randomizer is a lovely core concept, allowing for the kinds of odd cross-connections and interesting digressions Who fans crave. The ep breakdowns are snappy, the “what if the baddies won?” feature is always intriguing, and the “Where’s Clara?” spots are always good for a laugh. This is one of those podcasts where I’ll often hit pause in order to go off on my own musings on some arcane point, only to hit play and find our sagacious hosts were just about to explore the same avenues. Historical context, deep lore knowledge, and just the right amount of humorous perspective make this one a must for aspiring time travellers everywhere and everywhen.”
