“This discussion is gross…. Puppy brokers helping puppy mills sell their used “stock” through a shelter is somehow beneficial to the dogs and puppy buyers? Sounds to me like the goal here is to provide more “product” options to a customer base.
Their team “goals” don’t even touch on how to stop allowing animals to be put into these situations in the first place.
Don’t miss the pet health insurance ad because you are gonna need it when you “adopt” a genetic mess from their program.
How is this any different than buying a puppy from a retail store? Retail rescue? The thought that this is a good thing for everyone is so disrespectful to ethical breeding practices AND folks in the trenches actually trying to help animals in need from neglect and abuse.
If a breeders animals are in need of these services, they should not be breeding MORE animals in the first place! 🤬”
