“Started on YouTube now listen to this podcast daily. Had a guy “friends with benefits” found my name in his phone stored as a guys recently after 3 years on and off. Tried to not care but couldn’t let it go. In conclusion he said he thinks it’s best for us to move on since we do not understand each other’s feelings. Ended last week. I blame myself pretending so I wouldn’t be alone. Using outlets like this one to move forward, move differently. Thankyou for this”
