“It’s extremely irresponsible for this podcast, which has a major following, to even suggest in the recent episode that a player staged the theft of her insoles and sneakers as a marketing/promotional ploy. This player gets a lot of hate and threats online and you’ve just contributed to that with those comments. A theft of a professional athlete’s equipment from an opposing locker room shouldn’t be giggled about. Just weak and lacking in empathy all around.
