Quiet the diet
Really enjoyed the last episode on anxiety so informative. Full of very translatable and relatable information. Such a timely topic. The current episode of binge and stress eating is such an important topic and they do an amazing job. As an outpt mental health therapist that body and mind connection is the most important tool we have to make changes. I am listening with my pen and paper ready for all the information. Thanks for this.

This is a really great informative podcast. I love that Michelle comes from the functional side of diet and nutrition.
