Ya Know What I’m Saying?
I am huge fan of The Ringer podcasts. I listen to dozens of them, including R2C2. I love the show. You guys have great chemistry, give awesome insights, and have terrific guests. But CC’s use of “ya know what I’m saying” is becoming too much to bear. On my runs I try to count them. Suffice it to say, it’s impossible. There are just too many. I understand it’s just a tic, and doesn’t mean anything. But if David Shoemaker could chill out on “I think that’s right” on The Press Box, CC can chill out on this. I don’t mean to be rude. I want the show to be great. I want CC to have a long career as a broadcaster if that is what he wants. But I cannot be the only person who hears this - and cannot not hear this - on every show. I’ll keep listening and hope to hear “ya know what I’m saying” less and less. Thanks.
