Good Resource—Sometimes
I do think this is a good resource —and it is nice to be able to relate in so many ways. I have a noticed often the host of this podcast spends some time venting about her own issues with bio mom. I think sprinkles of that here and there are fine —but the amount the host does this makes me feel her bitterness—which I understand. I can feel that way too. But I don’t like leaving the podcast feeling bitter. Sometimes I have to take a break after she vents for some time. Because it isn’t proactively helping me solve a problem. Just making me feel her stress. No disrespect —just my personal experience. Everyone is different. I can be very sensitive to energy.

This podcast has been a lifeline for me! There is an episode for almost every situation. So thankful that I’m no longer “flying blind”, and I’m definitely not alone. ❤️
