In the last two weeks, we discussed the use of consumer data and how the FTC is using its power to respond to data privacy concerns. While there are stakeholders who are taking action in response, we wanted to explore a key question: what happens when the concerns raised are left unchecked? Following the 2022 Dobbs v. Jackson decision that overturned Roe v. Wade, we seem to have a test case.
