We begin to go into details on the Biafra Development Plan: The Biafra Welfare Board, under its church, Church of Biafra, as the answer to all challenges facing Biafrans recuperating from the effects of the struggle for recognition (eg. the toxins in the stomach); Biafra Incorporated; its public enterprise arm and her chain of smaller corporations, which will take care of the basic needs of man (Biafra being the man in this case).
