He is perhaps best known here for influential books Brew Like A Monk: Trappist, Abbey and Strong Belgian Ales and How to Brew Them; Brewing with Wheat: The "Wit" and "Weizen" of Wheat Beer Styles and For The Love of Hops: The Practical Guide to Aroma, Bitterness and the Culture of Hops.
