Currently, Franca is a trainee at TNO and she shares her experiences with us. TNO is an independent research organization which focuses on targeted innovation. This means that they do not develop knowledge for the sake of knowledge, but for its practical application. TNO tries to create value on a social and economic level within six different domains, such as defence and safety, healthy living and work, and high-tech industry.
