Another too political review
I officially hit the unsubscribe button today. After hoping months if not over a year this podcast would find its way back to the facts, I keep getting hit over the head with someone’s opinion represented as fact. I have listened to this podcast get further and further left and the most recent one about American relics pushed me over the edge. I will reminisce on the days of going crazy deep into a topic like colors (my favorite episode) and listening to Robert and Jad offer arguments from different points of view. The reason people flooded to podcasts years ago was to escape the opinionated big media and get back to great story telling without trying to push someone’s idea of right and wrong. I hope radio lab finds its way again and gets back to its roots, but I have a feeling in this political climate it won’t happen. Crazy because this is my first ever review, but unsubscribing to this podcast was like breaking up with a girlfriend, not something I wanted to do, but I knew it was time, as I have been a listening since the Typhoid Mary episode (also a great one).

More reviews of Radiolab
The first time I heard Radio Lab, I was amazed. That night, I actually found myself camped in my car for an hour until the show was over. I just recently found RadioLab on iTunes and immediately subscribed. Thanks to these guys for all their hard work!

The best science podcast yet produced, for the layman, in my ken: informative, cutting edge, not dumbed down. One caveat, the producers should note that listeners use headphones and loud screeching sounds are enervating to the human auditory aparatus.

Sometimes I feel like they have a little spy living in my head and picking out the weird questions I have been asking my friends for a long time and finding experts and other interesting people to get their takes on the issue at hand. It is sort of like "Mythbusters" for the mind. Every...Read full review »
